Dave Brown has come through again.... I had Dave make me a tan trash1 pancake, need less to say, it's amazing. It matches my tan trash1 perfectly. Retention is spot on, it's such a fresh breath of air to receive something these days that isn't just thrown together. Dave is the man.

On a side note Dave I wanna see you chop some stuff soon, your videos are legend too...

Awesome sheath! I didn't know the trash 1 was offered with a tan handle though. Mine was only in black.

Yes as stated this is the handle off of a battle guard, they only came in tan res-c. The problem is finding another busse with the same thickness so the res-c fits snugly. I've had this idea since I first saw the battleguard, when the trash1 came in at .25 I jumped on it to make my dreams come true.

After my trash2 arrives with black coating and tan res-c I'll have a one of a kind pair
 
The form on that looks so nice it almost looked like one of those ESEE plastic molded sheath. Dan do you use a vacuum press to make those?
 
I have a question Dave..... Is this boltaron? Seems more plush than normal kydex

Things are great buddy, thanks for asking. Infants are curious little creatures, but you can't help but to love the heck out of them!
 
Not only does Mr. Brown make a great sheath, he also response to emails quickly. Class act in my book.
