Hello, I just received the production version of the HEST folder and am very pleased with it. I am still trying to figure out what the various parts in the accompanying skull tool are for. Someone earlier pointed to me that one of the eyes can be used to remove the glass breaker; what are the uses for the two 'hairs' sticking out at the top of the skull? Also, the edge along the chin -- is it meant to be a cutting tool? Thanks.

the "hairs" are for adjusting the pivot screw.

as for the chin, maybe a can opener of some sort?

Its supposed to be a little prybar, or something similar. I find it to be useful only in aesthetics. There is a bottle opener on the side of the tool as well, but I find that not very useful as well.

The "prongs" at the top are an adjustment tool for the pivot. One of the eyes is for removing the glass breaker. The other eye is basically a lanyard hole. The bottom is a "pry bar/scraper" and the "hook" next to that is a seatbelt cutter/rope cutter/box opener.
