I was wondering if anybody out there could tell me how much Tim Horan Jr.'s WISK knife is!!!???...... I've e-mailed him but I just can't get a response. If anyone out there has one of these or knows the price of it, please,please,please let me know!!! It is the same style of knife that Benicio Del Toro used in the movie- The Hunted.

Its pricey, over $300 if memory serves, and the wait is currently around 2 years.
There are quite a few people making a version of this design. One of the best IMO is by a South African knifemaker called HARM.
His one is called the Tracer. I'm not sure what the price is in dollars, but the wait time is considerably less.

The original knife was made by Dave Beck and it is called a WSK
Do a search for wsk and you will find many makers
The best version is the Beck but he no longer makes them and on the used market they are over 2 grand sometimes
Martin knives in texas makes a great version for around 350

How does using that saw NOT get dangerous? Too much to risk in a survival situation.

I am not a huge advocate for this style knife . Although I do find them interesting
The serations on the back are more of a notching tool for making traps etc. not a saw so to speak.
The knife was designed for makeing things tools and such
