I selected one of the not so traditional pieces that was in there but it is one I have wondered about for a while so that was good fortune.

What I am putting in is a very nice stag covered Laguiole folder, now like most French folders they do NOT like being slammed closed, so careful handling is in order, I did inlay strip of rubberized cork to help in case one forgets to do that but you still want to take care closing the folder.

I also will be tying on a few lanyards for some of the fixed blades and I also added a bit of soft elk skin inside the sheath that AdamFuzzyballs AdamFuzzyballs made so it provides a little bit of compression to help keep the knife in the sheath, the sheath is pretty stout, nice and solid.

Some of the small folders in here are pretty good, some are lesser quality but as time moves on they will be sorted out eventually.

SO, if you are interested in joining in, please post in the thread so I know what names to keep track of.

Good luck all and I'll update this on Thursday!
