I'll begin todays adventure with a cheap tinder trick, this tinder is unaffected by wet and can be purchased very cheaply at your local hardware store.........Wire wool !

Wire wool takes a spark very easily from a ferro-rod ( or lit with a 9V battery )but just kinda smoulders, to make it really work well add some Balsam sap and/or pine resin ~
