She made me some pancakes for breakfast this past weekend and one of the yummies was a BK17 with a little wood curl pancake.

Is that the first production run? I would add some bacon scales to that set up...

Yeah, its the first production run. We bought the triplets. The wife even went to the house to pick them up and come back to the campgrounds.

Dude, what kind of heat treat you got on that guy?

Moose

The secret heat treat is the butter and honey. Someone call Tooj and let him know he has competition. ha ha ha

Sell it to Clich! He'll have that thing photographed from every angle and flipped by 7 a.m.

Nice! Where are you campin at, survived all the storms last night I see? We're heading out to tenkiller Thursday

Did you sharpen it with a WorkSharp? Looks like you rounded the tip a bit.

Did you contact azwelke about an eggex sheath?

ohhh nice... new guy looks promising :p.

Just two comments here.

1) The scales and patina look great, although some syrup might help them "pop" a bit more.

2) You might need to work on your feathersticking a bit more, the curl is HUGE .

:D.
