As Mrs Pit has been too busy to review this knife I figured I'd give y'all a little taster of just what a beast this thing is !

It's from Mark Wohlwend and is called a Baby Booshway.

To start let me say I think the Baby part might not be the best adjective for this knife.....

Even next to a full sized Booshway it looks a monster...

It's a pretty close size to one of my designs that I had another maker do a while back...

As it's Mrs Pit's I didn't want to do too much with it but I did try making some Fuzzsticks and this thing kicks butt. As much as I love my regular Booshway I wish it had the same grind as this one !

As soon as I saw this knife it really appealed to me and at first I couldn't think why. It was only later when I realised how much it resembled one of my old designs, maybe Mark could contemplate the addition of the extended tang !

Here is a little video I did, nothing amazing but I think the video's give you a better idea of a knife than just seeing pics !

After I ask about that one in another thread, I sent Mark an email. I patiently waiting a response.

Also as I was looking at these pics my 20month old lil girl picked the "baby booshway" out of every pic. She would point and then look at me. I think she approves too!!:D

congrats to Mrs. Pit indeed.. that is a cool looking knife... nice choice with the "bacon-like" handle scales..:D

Cool grind + cool handle = cool knife, although I can totally see the 'Pit' influence on it.
Waitin' for the review.

PIT...... well done!!!!!! Great design. Good stuff. We are not that far apart BTW. I live in Spokane, Wa. We should plan a weekend. :)

I was in Kelowna over the winter snowboarding at Big White. Great little town.

I didn't see the sheath so how does she wear it? Is it light enough to be worn around the neck? I'm not huge on wood handled knives in kydex, but I can see that being a great way to carry it. Tip up in kydex around the neck if it's not to heavy.
