I saw this style of build at the Arkansas museum last summer, thought I'd give it a try..

Is there a pin in the tang somewhere or is it just glued in?

The first picture shows the tang and frame before I welded the 2 together... then I drilled the frame for all the pins to go completely through.. The "stick" tang has now become a "full tang".. The benefits of having a "wire feed welder"...
