Hey,

Just picked up an LCC bead blast, partially serrated and must say the knife lives up to the hype . Fit and finish are remarkable, with very solid lockup. The purple back spacers are cool also. This is my first Microtech and there will surely be more . Didn't come with a sheath, but only paid $120 (knife is like new) locally. What a bargain. I thought the skeletonized clip was stainless, but it has no magnetic signature (born on 8/2000). Any thoughts? Thanks.

Oh, Yes! For the money, it's an incredible knife. Near custom quality.

I did the magnet test on mine and it does appear to have just a "slight" magnetic signature. I believe that it's stainless. My knife was "born" 6/2000. The only possible problem is that the clip may be a bit weak due to the skeletonizing. I think replacement clips are available free of charge from MT.

Good luck with it.

Dick
