Wow. If you don't have one and want one or are considering one, JUST DO IT!!!

The fit and finish are absolute LIGHT-YEARS beyond ANYTHING I have EVER seen. It is simply unreal how tight, precise, and PERFECT this knife is! The D/E (partially serrated) blade is so perfectly shaped, it is ridiculous. It is HONESLTLY sharper than any razor I have ever shaved with. Shame on you, Gilette!

The handle has a wonderful semi-grippy feel to it. I think its Aluminum?

Did I mention the incredible craftsmanship on the blade???

Unfortunately, the serrations are not as deep as they seem in some pics I've seen. (A very good pic can be seen on an earlier post of mine re: MT UT Questions.) I guess this is just due to the unique nature of the production. (?) Either way, I think I'm pretty happy with the serrations.

This is my first Microtech product, and I would NEVER hesitate to buy from them again!

The blade snicks out with authority, and a tiny drop of Militec on each side of the base of the blade really seemed to help enhance the sound! :D

There is practically NO blade play. I don't think it is physically possible to make a knife tighter than mine is. No mis-fires as of yet. (Except purposefully.) Even when misfired, I found out today that all you have to do is flick your wrist and the blade will lock out! Don't even need to touch it! :D

In all, this is an INCREDIBLY cool knife, and I bought it planning on having it as an EDC, and I believe it will fit the bill QUITE nicely. (As a matter of fact, its with me right now!)

Believe it or not, this is actually my first real, designated EDC knife!!! Most of my other blades are uh, a bit "large" for EDC. (Strider BT, ER Harpoon F...) Well, for use. I DO carry those large blades, but not openly, and not for "utility" use...for emergency.

Anyway, overall it is an incredible blade. Anyone questioning the price, well forget the D/A OTF factor...the craftsmanship is INSANE. Positively THE finest knife I own. Period.

... what a great knife to play with.

(Ok, other Finns reading this forum:
Of course I carry and play with it at home only.
As we know, it's illegal in Finland to keep autos for sale - or carry public.
But owning (and storing at home) is allowed.)

I can only nod with drjones: practically NO blade play, INCREDIBLY cool knife and so on... :D

I've heard about loose buttons - well at least mine doesn't have one.

I think the handle is T6 alloy.

Costed an arm and a leg, but it's only money...

I think this knife is COOL

****! I think my button is loose! It has a touch of play... Oh well...

Are others completely tight, or what?

Its so sweet, who cares?
