MT Vector - blade coating?

Quick question: could someone confirm that the coating of my '02 Microtech Vector is boron carbide?

A search didn't provide me with a clear answer.

If it's matte and not at all reflective, I'm pretty sure it's boron carbide. I don't think MT used TiN. I could be wrong though.

I tried calling them. Didn't work. Last I heard they were moving so maybe that's why.

So I just emailed them a second ago with the question. I'll email/forward you when they reply.

edited to add: By "they" I mean microtech ofcourse.
