We're getting a barrage of phone calls and e-mails requesting information about when Mule Team orders will be shipped. Please be aware that our SFO Crew is working through hundreds of orders. They are working very diligently to get every Mule Team order shipped as quickly as possible.

Do you know if you guys are totally sold out for this model or would you have another run released? Thanks...I heard Sal the great saying something you guys might release some more of this run

Mine shipped today at 2pm EST (Saturday). For reference, the order went through at 12:24pm EST February 5th (Wednesday), which was 24 minutes after they went up for sale. They have been shipping them since they started selling them I believe, so it could be a few days if you ordered yours later in the day. I would suspect that a large volume sold within the first 30 minutes though.

SFO is currently doing a count to see if we have any remaining stock. They have had to spend a great deal of time cross-referencing orders from the site, walk-in purchases and phone orders as we had a fairly large number of people who were trying to circumvent the limit of 2. They've cancelled quite a few orders that were placed in an attempt to get more than 2. Additionally, SFO is short-staffed so the process of trying to ensure fairness has taken longer.

Sal was referencing not another production run, but rather that we might not have loaded all the available inventory to the site during the initial release. Typically we load the inventory in batches, but I believe in this particular run a majority of the inventory was made available from the very beginning. Again though, we had so many people attempting to get around the limit of 2 that it's taken quite a bit of time to straighten it all out.

So would there be more available for order or this is it? Makes no sense not to produce more if there is a demand.

If the demand were the only factor in another production run it would clearly be an easy call. Unfortunately, it's not the only factor. We also have to consider lead time for steel, production schedule and a host of other factors.

Once SFO has completed the task of clearing out the orders that clearly were placed to get more than 2, we'll know if we have any inventory left. If we do, it would be very minimal at this point, but I will post an announcement about how we'll handle those.
