Mtnfolk Mike made a beautiful leather sheath for my JK Straight Back Kephart. Little did I know that it would fit my RC-3 like a glove.

Yes they all come with green liners except the Jungle School version.

Looks great. I've got one of the Ontario RAT3 blades, no liners. I didn't know the RAT Cutlery ones had those.
