Mucked Up

I had the muck shoe and I really liked it. It was wicked comfortable, waterproof, good traction. Easy slip on and off. Pretty light as I recall.

Downsides were that it didn't provide much protection for your sole, more like a moccasin than a shoe with a hard sole. They were also hard to clean i.e., they really stunk after a while. (the outside was simple to clean with a hose)

Overall, the shoe was excellant for most stuff, I'd buy another pair.

Good boot, keeps your feet dry and warm enough for working around the yard. Like Shann said, comfortable, dry, good traction. If your around manure type stuff, they will start stinking, but so will nearly every boot. Soaking them in a water and clorox solution should help with that. In the summer you can pour the solution inside the boot if need be, then dump them out and let them dry.

Since I leave mine on the front porch, I don't do any of that clorox soaking stuff. I like mine and use them every day and would also buy another pair. :)

muck boots are great. i've got a pair i hunt in, as well as a pair for outside chores, etc. if i ever wear mine out, i'll by another pair. they are very comfortable.
