Haven't been around as much as I'd like. Realized I never posted what I've been calling the mucker. At one point it was a bk7...

Also modded a bk16 to give it more belly, and put a recurve on a serrated cam bk2.

And lastly, nothing new, but I spear-pointed a bk4 and bk9. Also removed the thumb ramp and added some jimping on the 9.

Nice mods, I did the same with my 9

Thanks for all the kind words guys!

The extra belly 16 mod is probably my favorite. Something Ethan said to me actually gave me the inspiration for that mod.

I'm eventually going to do a big review and write up of all three blade shapes (belly, recurve, and straight edge) and what I think is best with this size and type of blade. I don't think there has ever been a review like this. Normally if someone want to test out three different blade shapes they would pick out three different blades. Probably in different thicknesses and grinds. These all have the same grind, thickness, and handle. Should be a very fair test.

Most impressive!

Looks like your grinding is getting better Curtis, good job!

The more-bellied 16 looks even closer now to the blade shape of the Puma Hunter's Friend that was a big inspiration for Uncle E on that design.
