This is my first Swamp Rat and a pretty sweet blade. Very nice fit and finish and heftier than I thought. Pretty sharp as well. The handle is pretty comfortable just holding it, but I have'nt had a chance to test it in use yet. It is about the same overall size as my Ranger RD7, but seems a little heavier due to the larger handle and slightly wider blade. Here are some quick pics that I took. In a few pics, it is next to my Ranger RD7 and the Chitlangi Bowie that I designed that was made by Himalayan Imports. I think it fits in just fine, but my other blades might get a little jealous! Once I have had a chance to use it, I will post a review. Enjoy!

No love from Amy here :grumpy:

I talked to her on Thursday, she said my Muddy RW was ready to ship, just had to be boxed, and that I would get an email with the tracking number when it shipped. So far, nada! :grumpy:

She probably got all excited about going out with some friends drinkin' that she forgot. :D Besides, even if you did have a tracking number, the ones that the Post Office uses never seem to work anyways... Well, not until the package shows up, then they work.

you're right about the tracking numbers, most of the time they are useless !

We have a problem with our carriers here, they don't actually try to deliver packages frequently, and sometimes they don't even leave the delivery notice (but they lie and claim to have)! So we go on-line and see that our box is waiting at the PO, because delivery was attempted. The last time we were home, with the front door open, and went on-line to see that "delivery was attempted and notice was left" Looked outside, of course there was no notice. Called the branch postmaster, and she said she was on the way out the door, please call her back the next day at 9:00am, so she could straighten it out with the carrier. Called the next day at 9:00, and was told that she doesn't even come in untill 10:00!!! This lady would not survive one week in a real company that cared about customer service.
