I have a "muela" fixed blade knife that needs a new handle put on it.
Anybody know of a source that would repair/replace handles on knife?
thanks for any input. I'm located in Michigan, but will send out if I have to.

I would say try it yourself, lots of help can be found in the knifemakers subforum. And it'll make it all that more personal.

If you don't feel up to it, the knifemakers selling area has two subforums one for help wanted like what your asking and another showing makers and tinkerers who can do what your asking

What he said ^^^. You should do it yourself if you are even remotely "handy". It'd make a good 2-3 hour project and you end up with something you made yourself.

As long as the handle shape isn't overly exotic or complicated, you just need the material, epoxy, some files and sandpaper. Plus stain or oil if you decide on wood.
