Muela Knives

I own a Muela of Spain - "Plegable Knife" (on the box it was sent in, it is referred to as "Fury"). I find it to be well crafted; solid; & balanced very well. I would buy other Muela products. Paperwork that came with the knife indicates "...durable handles, brass and molibdenum - vanadium stainless steel (Rockwell 56 to 58). I haven't used this knife all that much so I have no info on how the blade holds up. Good luck if you get a Muela - I think you'll like it!

I've owned a Muela for about 5yrs now, and usd it constantly. I haven't abused it mind you...

Model PIK-AS, 4", in the 'Survival' section of thier site...

440c steel, full tang, krayton handles

I have found that as a general utility knife it stands up well. I normally back it up with a beater for camping, but it's a great knife.

Plenty of belly, I'd consider it more of a skinner than a survival knife.

I've seen some folders that was marked Fury that was a piece of junk. The fixed blade is ok.
