recommendations on good sources for kydex sheaths/custom scales and pins. Anyone know of some well crafted products or can someone point me in the direction of a maker who can do this kind of thing for a reasonable cost?

I can't recommend Don at GatorScales enough. He did a great set of CF scales for my MT15 and he is a great guy with excellent communication. Got updates and pictures at every part of the deal.

If you aren't looking to spend a lot of money though, then check out Halpern Titanium, they have a lot of good sets of scales for low prices, and they have been endorsed by Sal himself.

Also, one thing to watch out for with the K390 is that it isn't stainless so if you aren't careful, then the metal beneath the scales can start rusting or corroding, so if you like the scales, I'd recommend sealing them to protect the tang. That or take off the scales and give them a good cleaning after using the knife for dirty work.
