I'm new to the Spydie world, old to the knife world. If it wasn't for Spyderco and their unique and intriguing company and fantastic knives I never would have attempted something like this. Thanks to Spyderco for the adventure, I'm off to make a sheath now.
With what I learned from this one, the next one is being made for Dad for Fathers Day next month. Hopefully it comes out nicer.
On to the knife. I made a TON of mistakes. I'm still not exactly happy with it, but it's going to work just fine.
Purpleheart wood, finished in UV protecting poly to presumably preserve the color, nickle silver pins, stainless lanyard tube, black liners.
