Mules for food prep.

The mules work great as food prep knives, the thin blade just glides through oranges.

I agree. My s35vn sees extensive use. Its a great all around knife shape to have in a home. Well minus the little guard thing that sticks out to far.

Whenever I go camping I always like to have a separate thin knife for food prepping, dressing etc. The mule fits that role perfectly.

I use the S90v mule in the kitchen all the time.
