Multi-Knife Orders

Been a while since I ordered multiple blades simultaneously.

Is it normal for that order to be marked "SHIPPED" if only one of the blades ships?

I have one of the blades but not the other and I'm too stupid to know if I'm supposed to question it or wait.
 
Log on and go to your order page and see if the other knife shows shipped. I think they should be listed separate.
 
Nah, on the order page it has both knives listed, then a break line, and says "Order status:Shipped" indicating this order is a single entity.

Hence my confusion.

Like,I got the Baby Galley Rat but not the Boarracuda

My guess Busse haven't finished making your Boarracuda and will ship it when its done. The Baby Galley Rat was probably ready first and they shipped it out to you so you didn't have to wait !

Yeah, that's what I'm assuming. Just need to be kicked in the head and scolded.
 
At some point my order was changed to "partially shipped" and just now got an email confirmation that the other knife from this order is being shipped.
 
Just a little technical error on our end. The baby galley rat was quick to ship as there was an immediate turn around. The boarracuda was a preorder with the GFD and will be a few weeks out yet.

Your company is staffed entirely with very helpful and customer service oriented people. I never doubted for a second that the process was correct. I'm just fond of gaslighting myself and anticipating the worst!
