I am working on a new line of knives that will be called Multi Mission Knives. Multi Mission knives will be designed to handle the many different tasks that you perform daily to accomplish the mission at hand. These knives will be made from D-2 and S30-V. They will be completely hand crafted in my shop and will be a great supplement to the Branton / Brend Mid Tech series. I want to keep them in the price range of $150.00-$250.00 retail. I want to keep these knives simple so that I can maintain the quality that you've come to expect in a fine handcrafted knife. I want to be able to have them available for immediate delivery from my shop and a few select dealers. I hope to debut the first two in two weeks.

What styles would you like to see in this new line?
Blade shapes?
steels?
What type of blade finish?
What type of sheath or carry system?
Handle materials?
Would you like to see a knife designed strictly for combat style knife throwing with a concealment rig.
How about a Combat style knife throwing companion DVD and book?

I addition to the Multi Mission Knives, I will also be introducing a new model that will pay homage to my dear friend Peter LaGana. Being a great knife thrower and warrior, Peter demonstrated his combat skills to many officers and soldiers during the Vietnam war using his world famous Vietnam Tomahawk. Before his death, we talked at great length about his ideal combat / fighting knife. Unfortunately Peter died before I was able to make his dream knife.
However, he did give it a name " Anagal Wolf". The Anagal Wolf will be a very fitting tribute to a man who I consider a great friend ,warrior and mentor.

In case you were wondering "Anagal" is Lagana spelled backwards.
I will keep you posted on the progress of both projects.

Sounds like a great plan :) I wouldn't mind seeing some with spearpoints and/or drop points. As for finishes anything that keeps the price low :D Any reasonable steel would be fine to me. Maybe offer steel upgrades for those that want em. Another option I wouldn't mind seeing offered is prices with a sheath and without. Basically if I want a different sheath than what's offered why pay for the "factory" sheath. But do offer some sort of sheath for those that don't want to bother with the custom stuff. Have fun! Can't wait to see some pics :)

Thanks guys, Bill, I love that SOG style fighter that you recently finished. If you still have it let me know. That is one of the styles that I am wanting to make.

I think if you are going to do a combat thrower/concealment sheath you should consider a sheath designed to fit multiple knives, 2 or 3 flat well balanced throwers in a single sheath would be very cool. I second the request for spear and drop point blade styles these seeming the most practical for me on a daily basis. I think you should choose a finish based on durability/cost as opposed to looking bad ass, I am not a big fan of the stripes and camo especially when they don't hold up well.
