Multi quotes won't clear

I know I'm not real sharp when it comes to computers and such, but I don't get this. I can go into a thread, multi quote in my post, and when I go back to the same thread later, and quote or multi quote for a new post, the quotes from my previous post are still there.

I just started having this problem recently and can't figure out how to fix it.

When I multiquote, I use ["+] for the first quotes, but ["Reply With Quote] for the final in the series.
