I am considering replacing my victorinox fieldmaster as my handy little "multi-tool" that goes in my day pack on every outing with a compact multi tool. I already take several blades with me, and so I think pliers would be a much more useful tool to take with me.
Could you point me in the direction of the best multi-tool out there with these specs? Note that I will probably buy it used off of the auction site (as I did with my SAK for about 11 bucks), so models that have been around for a while (and even discontinued models) are fine.
Small and compact (I'm thinking probably "pocket sized") yet tough
A good set of pliers for its size (here I'm thinking of a good handle that won't dig into your hand like some of the earlier multi-tools that I remember)
A saw blade
At least one good phillips head
At least one good flat head
File
A little scissors would be nice but not essential
Thanks in advance!
