Multi tool without a blade

Hi all,

I am looking for a multi tool for my 4 year old (soon to be 5) brother. I want one with a decent amount of functions but I do not want it to have a blade for obvious reasons :). I know leatherman makes a kid multi tool with a removable knife and I also know about the leatherman style ps. I am just wondering if there are any other options out there. I would rather not spend more than $20.
 
You could get a Squirt PS4 and either grind down the blade or cut it off completely. Also the Leatherman Kick is about that much. You could disassemble it, take the knife out and leave a washer in its place.

Take alook at the Leatherman Leap. It's a kid friendly multitool that is designed to have the blade removed by the parent and then re-installed when the child is responsible enough to have it. Here's a link: Leatherman Leap
