Multi-tool?

All of the tools on the SwissTools lock. Most models have a wood saw and a metal saw.
SAK wood saws are not bad. In general I think that pull saws are better than any multitool saw, so if you are likely to use a saw much it may be worth getting a light folding pull saw.

Last weekend I cut a coconut open with my SuperTool 200. It's great. I had never used the saw blade until then.

I really like the '200 - it's very beefy and tough - Even though the Wave has faster access, compared to the '200, it fely less strong (although I've never actually used a Wave so it was just a feel I got from them when I've handled them)

Another vote for the Leatherman ST 200.... :D Very stout, and tough, tool that is suitable for a variety of tasks. Mine has never let me down.

I'll second Glockman99 on the Powerlock saw. Plus it's easily replaceable. SAK's have good saws also.

Mith.

Leatherman wave-like the way it fits my hand. Also the saw on the Hunter Sak-have used it when RV'ing and camping with the family. Have the 200 but it it is too heavy on the belt unless using LBE when on reserve duty.

Most of the SAK's i've handled outa the box, the saws have not been debur'd one iota, the first time ya cut something you'd have metal chips everywhere!
