Multiple or Situational kits?

Hello everyone,
I am constantly reading about and re-evaluating my PSK. I have recently decided to once again re-organize my kit and I invite your comments and suggestions. First, I organize in a modular fashion. What I consider module one is what I carry on my person everyday. It includes:
Analog dive watch with Sunnto clip on compass.
Original leatherman multi-tool.
EDC knife - Spyderco Endura.
Keys with Photon_II and Sears tool.
SAK classic.
Fisher bullet pen.
Cell-phone.
Wallet with: Phone card, change, shepherds whistle, C-cards, med-cards, cash, safety pin, Brunton survival card (frensel lens, compass etc.) etc.

Next is a small kit that travels with me almost everywhere. Stows under seat of truck and in briefcase at work. In office at home. Contains:
Bandana
Water purifcation tabs,
2 freezer ziplocks - Quart and gallon.
personal meds.
small FAK.
Mini-Mag light.
Disposable lighter.
Small compass.
Still working on it.

Here's where I am re-organizing/re-thinking. Previously I was keeping a Module 3 kit in truck for Urban survival and wilderness survival. Now I'm middle age and suffering from PPS - Post Polio Syndrome. Basically means I don't have the stamina in my leg that I once had. As the song says: "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was."
So I've decided to lighten my load by specializing my module 3 two 2 kits, one for wilderness survival and one for urban survival.
My UPSK is a Red H.A.W.G.
I'm thinking that my main purpose is to get home from work or elsewhere in town by walking if other forms of transportation are out. Assuming I survive initial catastrophy my primary danger is from other humans. The main difference is that the UPSK is orientated to personal protection.
.38 S&W airweight snub with 50 rounds.
Fixed blade, single edge of legal length but combat capable.
Other standard stuff (FAK, water, power bars, etc.)
Dust/Smoke goggles.
N-95 rated mask.
Leather gloves.

My WPSK is oriented more toward shelter, maintaining core temp and signaling for rescue. Survival till I am found or walk out.
Camp knife
Multiple ways to make fire.
2 - 32 oz bottles
water filter + pruification tablets
basic cooking gear and emergency food,
Fox whistle, signal mirror,
Space blanket,
poncho,
emergency blanket
etc.
The Wilderness kit weighs more that the Urban kit as it contains everything the urban kit does plus more. I carry a .22 kit gun in WPSK as opposed to the .38.
To keep this post shorter I didn't list everything, mostly the differences.
I keep a change of clothes, hiking boots and socks, leg brace and walking cane in truck all the time. This would go with me in any case.
So, are any of you specializing your kits?
