The Riddle is already half solved!
We now have the First word, Forsaken, and only need the second word of the name to be complete!:thumbsup::cool:

HOWEVER! There is NO prize money being awarded for simply naming the word! :(

You must correctly show how the clue below (in red) led to the final word in its entirety!!!:cool::thumbsup::cool: . . . . Whoever gets this figured out first will win a $200.00 Shop Credit*

If it's Dorothy Biddle, 'Riddle' rhymes with that. "So, what is going on?" A riddle is going on, that's what. Maybe something to do with sake
Golf = Fore
lets golf=fore risotto wine=sake. . . Forsaken
*(These Shop Credits are non-transferable and are only good toward the model being named in this thread.)

Dang it I was typing when you posted.

I hope we both win. I knew it was going to be the mistress after looking at the riddle lol. First time im up this late looking thru the site. I was fortunate enough to see this thread quickly. I've tried and never won anything, I hope I win this time :D

That would be nice! I had my hopes up for a WTH then miss tress popped into my head. I don’t usually put to much thought into the riddles because my head doesn’t wrap around them. Maybe sleep deprivation helped.

Oh wow!!! hahaha awesome!!! I'm better at these than I've given myself credit for!

Thanks so much Mr B. :)

Forsaken mistress. "Strike a long lock" = Tress

Strike is a swing or a Miss
Long lock is a Tress
Forsaken Mistress

While a Forsaken Mistress sounds really cool, I am going to try a different idea since Jerry has not replied yet and he said these would get harder.

In the 1800's my ancestors would travel around with a lockable chest often called a Steamer, Trunk or Steamer Trunk. They looked kind of like treasure chests with a lock on the front that was made by several companies, one of which was Long Lock. So a Long Lock could be referring to a steamer, which is also a reference to an old steam locomotive. So since we had a War Train Fusion & a War Train Handcar, how about a War Train Steamer.

Strikes usually occur just before or during War. Amongst all of the various references to military strikes there are many mentions of war, but one seems very interesting. In 1983 when Jerry was just getting Busse knives going there was a book called First Strike: The Pentagon's Strategy For Nuclear War.
So, with Strike being the first word, we are looking at a reference to either War, or Nuclear War.

This adds up to War Train Steamer or Nuclear War Train Steamer.
Sounds pretty cool to me!

Or nevermind... :D edit: I took too long to type that up...

Congrats to the Forsaken Mistress winners, this should be sweet!
