Multiple Year Memberships for non-US Members

I'm wondering if non-US members can benefit from the discounted prices of multiple year memberships. As far as I can tell this isn't an option using the Paypal membership buying form.

I'm sure he could, he's done things like this for folks in other situations as well. An example that comes to mind if the "PG" Platinum membership.

Got a reply from Spark. He says non-US members can use the automated system to select the discounted price and pay using Paypal. Awesome! Thanks again Rev!
