multitool on modern marvels episode. kershaw?

i was watching a modern marvels episode i missed online (the link is below) and a little more then half way through a LEO pulls out some type of folding multi tool that he used as a glass breaker and a seatbelt cutter. i was wondering if anybody knew what this tool was called? who makes it? also, another officer pulls out a kershaw, i was also curious as to which knife this was. any thoughts?

Can't find it. An exact time reference would be helpful.

Edit: Found it at the 33:00 - 34:00 range. But I've never seen it before.

p.s. gotta love the hype "this pocket-sized knife is specially made for military or law enforcement use by Kershaw knives..."

I've seen it before but I don't know the name of it. Couldn't even get it from a few minutes of intense google search. I knew the Blackout right away from checking the knives out at Walmart all the time while my wife is looking for holiday crap.

You don't really need a tool to break glass windows though - just a shirt or jacket to cover your elbow and yell "Hadouken!!" while you swing your elbow back to smash it. I've seen a drunk guy do 4 in about 30 seconds.
