Multitool with locking blade, saw and tacticool look

Hi everyone, I have a request!
Some time ago I saw in this forum a picture of a "military" folder with a OH locking blade (thumb stud ecc.), a saw and a generic tool that had the functions of a can-opener, bottle-opener and screwdriver. The blade had a black coating and the handle was black too.

Any idea of the maker/model of this knife?
 
Thank you very much! The ironic thing is that I'm of the same nation of the Fox (Italy) and after searching on google I've found a lot of information in my native language, which is not very common.

About the knife, I like it, but I saw some picture of it handled and it's huge! Not very comfortable for EDC I suppose. :D
 
It'd be a belt or pack carry knife for sure. Looks like it would be a very stout multi-purpose field knife though. It would cover it all except batoning I think.
