My wife has 6 of the Mundial knives I bought here when I first started making knives 10 years ago. They are better than your average off the shelf knife but her tastes have taken here to RyuSen Japanese kitchen knives. The Mundial in my opinion after sharpening them and maintaining them for her over the years are about 1 step above Chicago Cutlery.
My mother was a chef growing up and used many of them for 20+yrs later. I used them for another 8'yrs. The chefs knife has worn down quite a bit but my knuckles still dont quite hit the board.
I think they are on par with Wusthof.
