Does anyone have both? Could you please post a pic for comparison? They seem very similar in size, correct? Just wondering about a size comparison.

Thanks, G.

P.S. Thanks Karda for the editing lesson.

I too would be interested in seeing a side by side comparison.. I have the AKB but it alone would do no good for your comparison..

also maybe the farm knife ??? too...

Thanks Warty. Seems about 14"-15". I think they ae very similar in size. If I remember reading correctly the Munk Chunk was about 15" also, no recurve and spear piont.

You are welcome. IIRCC, not many Munk Chunks are even out there so I am not sure if anyone is gonna show up with the pix for you...

The Munk Chunk is the same length of the AKB. However, it usually comes in at a whopping 2-2.5lbs! I had one for a time and ended up gifting it to a fellow forumite who would find for use for it.

The AKB, in my opinion, is a superior do-it-all knife to the MC.

That said, I really, really, really love the Farm Knife. Without question, it has taken the reigns of the AKB as my favorite non-khuk HI product. It gives you all the chopping ability of the AKB with an added finesse that could almost keep up martially with the Cherokee Rose:thumbup:

Thanks for the links guys.

Gunz thanks for the comparison. That's what I was wondering. Sounds like the AKB is a better overall knife. The farm knife is on my list after a 18" CAK and 18" M43.
