I got linked there froma conversation about the T-Bot, and I have a couple questions about them...

1) how exactly is the T-Bot supposed to be used (grip, striking points), besides as a bottle opener.
2) how are you supposed to grip their Snail?

Also... looking at his (their?) past work, there are some UGLY pieces... but also some AMAZING shit.

Bob, I'll try to answer as I can:

1. index finger through the hole, grip supports the fist as a fistload, the ring supports edge strikes, the opener supports stabbing strikes.

2. Index finger through the hole, middle finger wrapped around the horn behind the hole, thumb riding on the spine. Thats the easiest way to do it.

As for other things, yup, they have a forum "over there across the street" :D .
