Murray Carter?

For some reason, I have been drawn to this custom maker. I cant seem to find much info on him except what I find on his site.

I am looking at a Koshinata he has in stock, but without hearing any reviews, I am rather hesitant to slap down $600US on a blade.

Does anyone have anything to say regarding his knives?

F*$% it. I bought it anyway. Experience has taught me to always go with my gut.

Still, if anyone has anything to say about Murray Carter's knives, I am all ears.

You won't be disappointed. His knives come as sharp as any I have had experience with, and they are always good working knives.
 
he looks like a good dude who makes a quality tool:thumbup:.
 
Murry makes some of the sharpest knives in the business, I have known him since in the 90's and have a couple of his kitchen knives, we had a law enforcement dinner here last week and used his knives to cut the meat, all were impressed with how sharp they were, you wont be sorry with your knife.
