Mushroom identification????

I have never had a lot of interest in fooling with wild mushrooms, so I am not very good at identifying them. In the last 24 hours, our yard has sprung up over a dozen clusters of these yellow/orange ones, and a bunch of these white/tan ones as well.

Anyone know what they are?

The yellow/orange ones are Armillaria mushrooms, they are usually around stressed or dying yrees. I have some in my yard around a stresses maple tree. I do not know if they are edible. I remember these from forestry school(30 years ago) Look them up on the internet.

I do not know what the other 2 pictures are.
