Just got this in the mail from Kaleb, and I am impressed. It is thin, light and takes a wicked edge. Scales are lacewood.

My butt-ugly attempt at a sheath :o

I plan on wearing it around my neck, the old world feel of it just seems suited for that. Kaleb does very nice work, I can't wait to get out and use it some. So far I used it to cut all the leather and it slides through like butter.

I think you've got pretty awesome taste in knives!

Before I realized the sheath was your doing, I was looking at how it was put together and thinking, "Hey, that's kinda neat! best the heck out of drilling nine hundred holes and doing a saddlemakers stitch" Granted, the edges could use a little more trimming and sanding, but I think it's a pretty nifty lookin' rig!

t- that is a great looking knife....

MM makes some cool stuff for sure... i have one of his (toys)nessmuks.... that thing is wicked sharp.... i still need to finish the sheath for it...:o

i actually sent him a message, inquiring about a kephart... i like his style and wanted to see what his version would look like....:D and that is it... it came out perfect....

Sweet! I really like that knife, it is the one thing missing from my collection. I am going have to order one of those one of these days. I really like the simple design of the Kephart.

I can highly reccomend his work. This little knife is a great slicer, I've been doing stuff around the house and using it here and there. How light it is is what I like best. Feels like a feather in hand, a razor sharp feather though :D I'm gonna tweak the sheath more. This knife deserves better. But it will always look "rustic", lol.

As a newbie here, I am constantly amazed at the skills you guys possess. Keep it up, I'm learning a ton!
