I just got a $25 giftcard for amazon. What is something you think every knife owner should have that i could get for about 25 bucks. Whether it be a knife or something for knives. Just a random question cuz idk what to do with a 25 dollar card.

Buck Hartsook if you're into small neck knives.

Can't go wrong with a Svord Peasant. You can pick one up and a sheath for well under $25 at Amazon.

In that pricepoint I'd get any of these:

-A Wenger or Victorinox SAK.

-A Case slipjoint with CV blades.

-A Mora (I'm rather fond of the Bushcraft Triflex).

-Buck Vantage.

torx set, good lubricant, chris reeve blue cloth, lansky turn box, a notepad (to check paper sharpness more often than its required).

Opinel no.8, $11.95 + Free Shipping on Amazon..

I carry a no.9 myself but that's the 1st result on Google, and Opie in general would be doing well.

Smith's CCD4 3 IN 1 Field Sharpening System. 17 bucks currently. Very well made. I've taken knives from absolutely dull to face-shaving sharp in about 10-15 minutes with it. I don't use it as it directs, though - I hold one of the ceramic stones in my hand and carefully sharpen.

Outside of that, Tuf-Glide, a Wiha torx set, Tuf-cloth...

As far as knives go, there are some good CRKTs in that price range. If you want a cheap beater, get a Cold Steel Kudu. I use one as a kitchen knife for finer slices than I can get with my saber-ground kitchen knives. It's not the best steel, but it's extremely corrosion resistant and holds an edge long enough for most meal prep/daily tasks.

I'll echo the Svord suggestion (I'd say the Mini Peasant would be more practical for carry), also if you've got enough left over try and get an Opinel, it may or may not impress you a great deal, still and excellent value nonetheless.

Ti prybar, small nail clipper, Victorinox keychain knife (like it for scissors), Spyderco Ladybug.
I keep all those on my keys.
