Greetings everyone,

Right now I'm sad to say I only own the ZT 0300. Besides the ridiculous 0777, what are some other must haves? I do not like combo/serrated edges and tanto blades are a design turn off.

Thanks,
Ark.

I'm digging the 0551 and the 0560 (pre-order only at the moment), but I just hit this corner of the Interwebz.

Definitely 0200.

0500 if you can get one.
0650 if you can carry an auto.
550/551.
560/1 and 0777 when available.

Get one of the Zt 301, 302, or 303 for the blade design and strength of a fix blade in a folding design.
Then get the Zt200 for tactical manual folder, and you have to pair it with the ZT0100 b/c they belong together.
The Zt 350 for great EDC capabilities b/c its so light weight, it has an S30v blade, and its size is perfect for EDC.
Then get the ZT 551, 560/1, for the awesome collaboration with Rick Hinderer.
Get the Zt 777 for its shear awesomeness of it.

My must have ZT's would have to be:

0500 - discontinued, great knife.

0302 - discontinued, great knife.

0350CB - same as a regular 0350 but with a composite blade.

0551 - LE, great knife.

Those are the must haves/special knives from my personal ZT collection and the reasoning behind them.

Of course the new 056X and 777 are going to be must haves.

Well .. and to tell you the truth .. pretty much all the rest b/c I'm striving to eventually have them all, minus a small few I don't care for.

So yep they are all pretty much must haves .. great knives.

i've got a 0650. definitely a must have if you can carry auto's. i think it opens with more authority than any other auto i have owned (only had a bm afo II, but still). and i just ordered a 0551. that knife looks like a beast, plus it is designed by rick hinderer, and i have definitely acquired a taste for his designs! very nice looking. too bad the 0560 just won't be happening for me. i am already at $450 on 3 knives this year! the 0650 at $200, same with the 0551, and a kershaw leek at $44!

The ZT200 and 350 are both nice practical knives that I think would benefit anyones EDC rotation.

Love the 0200!
Like the 0350.
Still wishing for a true ZT0250. With the same G10 as the 0200 but not quite as huge.

The square cut G10 on the 0350 makes it feel not quite the same as the 0300. It has more of a Kershaw feel.;) Good but not quite ZT good.

I'm going to sound like a broken record....definately a 0200, a 0551, a 0500....just got 1 in trade, it't a Great knife. Can't leave out the 0560/61.
The Kershaw Tyrade is just about as beefy as a ZT, if you can find 1. I have a couple and wouldn't think of selling them.

The ones designed by Rick Hinderer (0550, 0551, 0560, 0561). Only the 0551 has been released so far. I had a 0302 but it was heavy and I don't love assisted opening. I also had a 0400 that my brother has now. He loves recurve tanto blades. Both were great knives with perfect fit, finish and function, so you can't go wrong with any of them.
