This forum recommended the Ratmandu as my first Swamp Rat purchase and I'm loving it.

If you were going to recommend a must purchase Busse... or two. What would it be?

What needs do you want it to fill? EDC, Chopper, skinner, etc? :)

Any flavor of Battle Mistress, Steel Heart, Natural Outlaw, Badger and Street

My personal favorites are the CGFBM, NMFBM, ZTBM, SHe, NOe, BAe, and CABS.

And a B11 or B10

Can't go wrong with a Gemini, but any of the previously mentioned blades are excellent choices.

What he said. There are so many models across all size ranges that it will help if you define the role of this knife.

Fusion Steel Heart or the CGFBM make for very good all-rounders

Choiless BOSS jack, choiless anorexic cabs. Two rare choiless models that are of a highly usable size and thickness. Though your going to have to grind down the edge on the BOSS jack, since it's very over built from the factory. Once you do that they are two of the more perfect things busse combat has produced.

Couldn't agree more with this assessment.....

For Choppers : Fat Fusion Battle Mistress (FFBM), or Nuclear Meltdown Fusion Battle Mistress (NMFBM)
All Arounders: Nuclear Meltdown Special forces Natural Outlaw (NMSFNO). Tank Buster, Ash-1, Satin Jack, SAR-7, SAR-8, FSH
Small to mid: Boss St. CABS, BATAC, HG-55

Basic 10LE, Basic 6LE, NMSFNO, Cultulus (Cultie), ActiveDuty, Pork Shank, one of each would get you covered:D -As a start..........:D

MBC, Active Duty, Meaner Street on the EDC side.

Pork Shank or Gemini if you want to move up a little.

With the TGLB being in the Walking Dead and up for purchase right now,I think it is a must have.IMO when they are no longer for sell the collector market for them will be huge.

TGLB! For the win! U812 has a great point. Its also a medium sized blade as well and a good transition. A good partner for the RMD. Then you can start looking for a mega chopper. :D Yes it never really ends, it just morphs into another obsession. :p
