Check it out. As the title says: about 10 minutes. LOL

Took the fam out to Cartlandia for dinner. It's a place were all the truck/cart businesses come together in one area. The bacon cheese burger I had was a massive mess so I had to cut it into 4ths to keep it from spilling out all over the place. Used the 14 and noticed 3 quarters of the way through the burger the mustard and white onion piece on the blade. I told the wife, "Hey check it out. Might get a patina." She just rolled her eyes at me.

When we were done I wiped off the blade and lo and behold, a slight pattern. Of course I also noticed there was some spot rust on the edge. Got to clean that off.

Heres my 14... this thing gets used all the time so the patina is constantly changing... I think that is really cool... I am also always surprised what a clean looking edge I can get just with a little portable smiths diamond stone. Clean edge+patina+Becker=Amazing...
