  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Thanks. It's a little fatter then what I really wanted. But if I can carry a knife on that murse it gets to see some good use. Something about this particular knife is like love at first sight!! Funny because as I mentioned before, I ordered the 16, but ended up with the 17. Super glad I started with the 17 now. Another member in a different thread talked of sharpening the swedge. That is also looking like an interesting mod for the 17! ;)

Looks good, the extra width should help ''stabilize'' it on the pack...

dang..i want a 17...but I spent 100 yesterday and today on knives....and yet I didnt buy the 17. Odd

Now I do not own the 16 ffg, but I'm sure if I did I'd love it just as much. And with the ESEE Molle locks, I really think I could have gone a hair thinner. Retention on it great, and I tied my standard lanyard I do on my fixed blades. I'm a fan of the snake weave, so I tie them with 3 knots up top, and 4 on bottom for a total of......... Ya 7. I know, I'm a dork. But all my FB have this same style, except my SQ Randall's.

The Snake Knot, like many Chinese symbols, is considered
a representation of good luck. For some, it further embodies
the spirit of the Chinese zodiac for the snake.

TB, that's copied and pasted from TIAT's page on YouTube. One of the paracord masters.
