I've been a ZT/Kershaw/SOG guy for years.. I've stuck with these guys for years but for once I stepped outside of my knife zone and got a Spyderco.. And boy am I glad I did. I love this knife. I especially love rare and sprint runs. The fit and finish is top notch and I love the look and feel.. So now i'm addicted to another blade.. So now time to decide my next one.. haha

The Nishijin scales do look great don't they? Here's mine.

That's amazing craftsmanship right there.. I'm tempted to make it my EDC but its also somewhat rare.. I'll pickup a good Sypder to make a user soon. I love those Camo ones. I'm probably get a Spyderco Chaparral Carbon Fiber or Spyderco Gayle Bradley Carbon Fiber

Wow...that knife kinda got by me...it's great looking and I miss having a lock back! Anyone have a pic with a para 2 please?

The Type R is gorgeous in real life. I did think it would have a texture similar to tiny "diamond plate", but that weave is below the surface, so the grip is slicker than other Spydercos. Haven't tried it yet with any liquid on my hands.

It's a solid, beautiful knife.
