Just wanted to share, took a crack at making my own fitted Kalinga box in preparation for a special mail call.

D Draleon You've been around the Buck forum for about a week now. Welcome, hope you stay awhile. Nice box, did you build it or repurpose another? Watch out for the tip of the Kalinga, it's hell on cloth liners. I've seen alot of Kalinga boxes with a cut liner. I bought some plastic tip covers on eBay once, they work great.

Bit longer than that but the welcome is appreciated, thanks. It was an empty repurposed one. Just made the fitted Kalinga shaped interior out of velvet covered foam.
