Well, I finally got one...a custom slip-joint. I have my share of folders & FBs, including a number of customs. I've gotten into slip-joints in the last yr or so & finally managed a trade for a Ty Montell Trapper.

I was told this one's about 5 yrs old (So it has 440C, I believe) & has blue anodized Ti bolsters, spacers, file-work, & ivory scales (I assume pre-ban ivory). It measures about 3.75" with equal length 3" Clip & Spey blades. I believe the Clip's edge is 2 1/2" & the Spey's is 2 5/8".

All in all I'm a happy camper...:D

Unusual combination of the Ti bolsters and Ivory scales. Kind of a nice blend in the old and new..
Looks like it would be a very comfortable knife in hand.

Congrats

Sure is a nice 1!
Did it come with aox blood colour sheath?
mitch

It did not come with a sheath. It came with what appears to be a knitted pocket sheath (Just to protect it, I imagine).

This is my 2nd ivory handled slip-joint (My other is a CSC Cannitler in Mastodon). While I still prefer the look of stag & jigged bone, I can certainly live with this, lol.

Thanks all for the knife words. I was pretty jazzed when I got this in trade as I likes my customs.
