While doing repair work on a backflow prevention device today, I realized that the flat head screwdriver that I had was too blunt for the screw I needed loosened and also that the screwdriver was too fat to get a gasket out of its holder.

In the past, I always carried a Gerber Multitool to work, but in the last year or two, I have been simplifying my daily carry and am carrying less stuff on my belt. Anyway, today while I was in a holly bush (since people always want to hide their backflow preventers from view ) and getting stabbed in the back, I realized the problem with the screwdriver and then realized that my multitool was in the truck. I REALLY did not want to have to climb back through the bushes and was just about to do so (grumbling the whole time) when I suddenly remembered that I had my 2011 Bladeforums Knife!!! :D

Hot Dog!! I have a flat screwdriver blade that is nice and small and crisp! It worked marvelously and I didn't have to climb in and out of that holly bush! I normally carry my Case Trapper, but I have been carrying my Forum knife for a while and have started using it. The ironic thing is that I voted for the pen blade!!!!!!!
Here are some cell phone pics...

Very cool. It's always nice when you have the right tool for the job. I hear you on those holly bushes. I had all over my yard at my old house and everytime I'd mow the lawn I would get hit by one of them:mad: I love that knife BTW:thumbup:
