I can't post pics right now, need to update my membership. But I ordered a Case Sod Buster. It finally came today. I've owned a Jr. model before and this is defiantly a step up. I usually carry axis or liner locks, but a good slip joint is always nice. It has a blue handle with the brass liners. I love the knife! Just wanted to let you guys know about my latest blade purchase.

I am happy for you. A Sod Buster is always nice in the pocket; I like mine a lot. Let us see some pics of your new knife when you are able.

Welcome to the world of traditionals, and to some extent the world of budget knives. There are definitely some real winners in both categories. Don't forget your Opinel while your at it if you don't already own one, carbon or stainless their both quite good to my understanding. I personally own the carbon #6, it's a great knife.

Haha yeah, I have also owned and sold some Opinels. I like the #7 personally.

Cool!
But, I bet a $20. KA-BAR Dozier Lightweight Folder will bump your Sodbuster.

I couldn't resist the dark blue soddie a few years ago when they came out. Good choice!
