I'm not much a fan of anodized blue thumb studs as it eventually fades off unevenly anyways so I tapped up around the blade after disassembled it. Went under a magnifier and carefully rubbed it with a cloth and super fine grit paper...

Thought I'd share a few more pics... Next project is trying to figure out how to make a low profile pocket clip. I've attempted this a few times with my insingo large micarta. It came out looking like $@&% lol. Gonna try again with this baby. Does anyone know where I can pick up some Ti stock, I've attempted it with SS before.

Just got my 25 an hour ago and was thinking of calling the factory to have the blue swapped for silver. So we know for a fact that this is NOT an option? Or is it that we can not "order" them that way?
Anyone confirm?

Looks nice man, what grip paper did you use?

That looks great! When CRK offers the 25 with a polished blade and silver hardware, I'm in. BUT according to our friend Heather, that may be months away if it ever happens at all.

Something like this is my goal, opposite hand....

USAKnifeMaker has some 3" x .5" Ti pieces you could craft into a pocket clip. I did this when I attempted to make a low rider for my 21.
