These 3 (I also can't leave my Shun Cutting board out. It is Wonderful!) are my Favorite and I at least use one of them on a Daily Basis and love them. Keep up the great work KAI!

I figured I'd buy a kitchen knife once and the same shun appeared in my kitchen. Can't imagine anything better for chopping veggies. ZT 0551gets a good amount of pocket time. Now for that tilt, still on the hunt for that one. Didn't think much of it until it was in my palm at a recent show. Thanks for the pic.

Thanks for all the emails and PM's everyone. I was just getting aggravated with all the BS in the 0777 thread and it hit a nerve. But your right I can't leave. Doesn't seem right to let some sour grapes ruin my Fun. :rolleyes

Yeah that Shun is pretty much the perfect knife. I'm a Chef and I don't know what I was thinking waiting so long to pick one up. You need a TILT! Pics and reviews don't do it justice! My Buddy Chris on here can attest to it since I let him handle mine a couple days ago and now he's trying to buy it off of me...Don't worry man I won't tell you GF how much it cost.

How is the balance on that KO Shun? I almost got one but talked myself out of it. I have some Classic, Premier and Kaji that I really like.
 
The Shun and Tilt are pieces of art! And yes you have to stay. We've done a few transactions now and I'm sure there will be more in our future.:D

Balance is perfect...you know how hard it is the balance a knife and take a pic at the same time haha. You should get one, you'll love it.

That Shun is the almost the same knife (8" Chef though) I received for camping out at the factory sale. It was supposed to be a gift, but the Shuns I bought last year were getting dinged up and rusted.. they rarely get used by us, but my mother was visiting and just grabs whatever.. so I swiped them back the other day when I was oiling up all of my knives, wiped them down with mineral oil, and packed them away. More nice knives I don't use I guess!
 
My video camera is from 1994 lol If your Shuns need a Foster Home I would use the hell out of them! :)
